Each time I have used Gall Chevrolet to service my vehicle everyone there is very outgoing and helpful. There are stairs to enter and exit the Service Department and each time I go in your employees notice that I am handicapped and always do the stair navigation for me. I needed an oil change, (thank you), and had a question about the windshield washer fluid not flowing to wash. I was told it would be $300 to replace the worn hoses. Hoses are under $20 for a Colorado. Way too much labor cost and whatever else was added in for that total!

Came in for service diagnosis. Told them what issues I was having. They test drove my truck and said yep, those are the issues we noticed as well. Never checked the codes (even though I told them there were codes). I didnt get a print out about the codes. All the paperwork stated was what I told them, and them confirming what I told them. Complete waste of $150 diagnostic fee without actually doing anything other than a test drive. Go figure. Thats why people give Hall Chevy a bad review.

Had a caution light that came on so I took my GMC truck to Hall GMC/Chevrolet in Canton, was diagnosed with emissions problem. Landon in service was very through in explaining the problem, he scheduled a day so I could drop my truck off in the morning & get it back the same day. Landon & the service technician were extremely helpful in completing the repairs that same day. Very satisfied for Landon's communications through the repair process.

Had an appointment scheduled and when I got there, they were over tased and understaffed, but said they could still get me in. Came in for 20,000 mile check up on a new truck oil change filters, tire rotation. I always mark my tires and check tread depth before any rotations, and they did not do the tire rotation as recorded on the surface order I received after paying. This is my preferred dealership. They are always very professional and courteous, and I understand they may have been in a rush that day. I will continue using them until I have a reason not to.
